Délisse takes its name from the famous Marché des Lices food market in Brittany, where the founder, Mathieu, spent his childhood. Inspired by his love for Australia, Mathieu dreamed of sharing simple French food with everyone on-the-go.

The first Délisse store opened in 2013 with a clear mission: to bring the French food experience to everyone, everywhere! They cater for breakfast, lunch, and everything in between, offering ‘grab & go’ snacks, pastries, and cakes for any time of the day.
